Wembley Project

Project Brief:

 To revamp an Open Plan Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Outdoor Space, Main Bedroom, Study, and a Spare Bedroom, we embarked on the task of completing this project within a limited three-month timeframe and under budgetary constraints. Notably, the passionate wine-lover client had previously resided in a home with a Coastal Scandi-style aesthetic. In their new abode, characterized by Industrial elements, they sought to preserve a seamless design continuity while infusing a touch of their passion.

 Project Info from Ash, Lead Stylist and Decorator:

This project entailed a comprehensive Interior Scope involving all aspects of Sourcing, Selection, Ordering, Storage, and Installation of all items. In addition, we were responsible for overseeing electrical work, window furnishings, and installing shade sails on the project site.

 To address the budget constraints of this Project, we focused our resources on the lower level. When feasible, we aimed to integrate existing items on the top level to achieve cost savings. We introduced hardware changes in the Kitchen Area to establish a cohesive connection with the staircase. The existing Dining Table and Buffet were retained, while new appropriately sized Furniture, Art, and Decor were introduced to enhance the remaining space. We also improved the Lighting in the living and Dining Areas, installed a shade sail outdoors, and added new window furnishings to both levels.

An exciting aspect of this project is that in 2022, the client initially engaged Selene Interiors but opted to handle furniture selection independently. After three months and encountering significant furniture-related regrets, they re-engaged our services to complete the Project.
